Mediterranean Yacht Show 2019 off to a busy start

The European show circuit is in full swing, with calendar highlights including the MYBA Yacht Show 2019, held at the end of April, and the second edition of The Superyacht Show coming up in Barcelona on 8 to 11 May.

On the 4th of May the doors opened on the 2019 Mediterranean Yacht Show, which runs in Napflion, Greece, from the 4 to 8 of May.

Now in its sixth year, the Mediterranean Yacht Show has rapidly become one of the most important charter shows in Europe – with the length of this year’s show being extended due to popular demand – and it gathers together a large fleet of stunning charter yachts from around Greece and the wider Mediterranean. Perfect for those specialising in Mediterranean luxury yacht charter, the show gives leading industry professionals – everyone from brokers to superyacht shipyards – and visitors a chance to view the best and most popular charter yachts, and gain inspiration around all the most popular charter trends. The 2019 edition of the show got off to a busy start, with large numbers of visitors in attendance and warm weather that demonstrated just why Greece and the wider Mediterranean is so enduringly popular as a luxury yacht charter destination.

With over 100 yachts on display, the 2019 show fleet ranges in size all the way up to 85m O’Ptasia, built by Golden Yachts in 2018. Other stand out vessels on show include 59.8m Sunday, built by Benetti, 58.6m Capri I, built by Lürssen, 56m O’Natalina, built by Picchiotti, and 53m Pegasus built by Feadship.  

The beautiful 49.9m MARIU which is available for charter through KK Superyachts, is also on display at this year’s Mediterranean Yacht Show.
